This is a supremely relaxing, luxurious and blissful experience, developed by holistic beauty Expert Stacia After many years of practicing beauty and studying and researching old and new beauty trends. Working with my clients in the UK always called me the Healing hands. Even dough I’m a licensed Electrical Beauty Specialist and also being trained in Aromatherapy as part of my course, I do strongly believe in the old art of Essential oils being used for many aspect with the combination of the massage techniques which I’ve learned throughout my life working in the Beauty Sector and different countries.
This programme combines traditional mixing of essential oils, some reflexology with ancient healing techniques, advanced Japanese face lift/Lymp drainage massage, Indian Head Massage and metamorphic healing techniques.

Option-able on Specialist jade GuaSha facial tools, acupressure and jade facial rollers, rose and quartz crystal spheres are used to promote good blood flow and rejuvenate the skin.
The benefits are visible. The treatment supports health and wellbeing on the inside as well as helping you look better, brighter on the outside.
The Jade Guasha tool is used to massage, smooth and scrape the skin to release muscle tension and improve blood flow and circulation. Regular guasha can help prevent acne breakouts by reducing clogged pores, it can reduce scarring and it encourages new skin growth. Unlike body guasha the firm but gentle moves encourage lymph drainage, help to clear sinus congestion, and reduce puffiness or dark circles under the eyes.
Acupressure Roller - (only used on some, -non sensitive- skin types) help stimulate nerve endings directly and can be deeply invigorating for the client.
Quartz Healing Crystals are also used to help cool and refresh the skin and absorb negative energy.

Who is it suitable for?
Facial Reflexology is suitable for all ages of client from children to the elderly and for both male and female clients. Must first book a consultation minimum 24 hours prior to treatment.
Can I have Facial Reflexology if I have had a face lift or Botox or fillers on my face?
After a face lift it is important to leave a three month gap before enjoying Facial Reflexology. There would need to be a six week gap after Botox and 6-8 weeks after fillers before you can receive facial reflexology.
Are there any other reasons when Facial Reflexology might not be possible?
If you are a new client a consultation will need to be carried out to ensure there are no contraindications to reflexology. If you have any open wounds on your face or any infectious skin conditions facial reflexology will not be possible until the conditions have healed.
As I am trained in pregnancy massage and reflexology I am fully aware of all specific contraindications that sometimes occur during this exciting time of your life.
•Drink plenty of water for 24 hours after the treatment to help toxins move out of the body
•If possible avoid wearing make up for at least an hour to allow the skin to breathe
•If possible, rest as much as you can to allow the body ‘s healing mechanisms to act
•Avoid stimulants such as tea, coffee, alcohol and non- prescribed drugs for 24 hours as these may affect the way the body detoxifies. It is best to avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 1 hour after a treatment.
•If you have to drive you may find that your reactions are slower
•If you feel cold, thirsty, have a mild headache, feel emotional, sleepy, have a runny nose or are making more frequent trips to the toilet, these are all normal reactions which indicate that the body is getting rid of toxins and is part of the healing process.
Be careful if driving just after a treatment, as reactions may be slower.
As with any therapy the full benefits of Facial Reflexology will be noticed more after 4-12 treatments.
